CEO and founder Dr. Judy Favor is no stranger to success. She has distinguished herself as an award winning athletic coach, college educator, scholar, and speaker. Favor has been developing high performing teams and leaders for over 25 years, first as an NCAA D1 and D2 head softball coach where she led teams to 5 consecutive NCAA Regionals and one Final Four, earned four Coach-of-the-Year awards, and is in the Athletic Hall of Fame at Southeast Missouri State University, Columbus State University, and Culver-Stockton College. ​After "retiring" from college athletics to pursue a Ph.D., Favor served in a variety of leadership and faculty position roles in higher education, before turning her attention to leadership and team development teaching and consulting. She has been a private softball pitching coach for over 30 years and her athletes have gone on to play at at numerous NCAA and NAIA institutions across the United States.
Today, her personal coaching and leadership experiences combined with academic expertise and research in leader and team development, personality, and adult learning provide a unique and practical perspective in her work with teams and leaders.

Favor is known for designing and facilitating interactive, practical workshops and classes that target working adults’ preferences and learning styles. She has presented on leadership and team development topics to diverse audiences and organizations throughout the United States and has developed and delivered hundreds of leadership development workshops to professionals from a variety of technical and non-technical fields.
In 2019, she was named Outstanding Graduate Faculty in the School of Applied and Interdisciplinary Studies at Kansas State University in Olathe where she served for 11 years and developed and taught graduate courses focused on coaching for high performance, building and leading effective teams, interpersonal communication skills, emotional intelligence, motivating employees, and conflict management.

Favor's research "The Relationship Between Personality and Coachability in NCAA D1 and D2 Athletes" earned Dissertation of the Year honors in the College of Education at the University of Kansas in 2010. Her research has been published in the Journal of Coaching Education, the International Journal of Sport Science and Coaching, the Journal of Sport Management, and Adult Learning. She has also written a mental skills workbook for athletes, Developing a Champion's Mindset: Tools to take YOUR Mental Game to the Next Level.

Laurie Harris is one of our consulting partners. Laurie excels in helping organizations manage change and teaching leaders how to effectively conduct difficult conversations with team members to increase accountability and improve performance. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), her global and domestic teams have often been charged with implementing complex and critical projects and programs in the fast-moving technology sector. Laurie's 25-year corporate career has included leading, managing, and developing a variety of programs, projects, and teams at several Fortune 500 companies including Boeing, Jeppeson, and VMware.
